Bad driver install for HP LaserJet 1020
Problem: Printer spool was crashing and OS was asking for a missing file from install disk, Solution: Completely uninstalled drivers for the HP LaserJet 1020 Printer, and reinstalled. Uninstallation was done from Add/Remove programs list.
