Thumbnail could not be created on an MPEG-2 using Roxio MyDVD Plus

Still getting the 47010 code - thumbnail could not be created when using Roxio MyDVD Plus on an MPEG-2 video file. The only way I can seem to get it to work at all is to convert the file to an .avi before I burn it to DVD. This only makes the process twice as long as being able to just burn the damn thing. Anyone have a better way to fix this problem, please e-mail me.
