Probably the easiest fix I've ever had, but took forever to find it. Anyways here's the solution to the problem. It has to do with the "advanced hardware overlay" within the Divx decoder configuration utility. To get there go All Programs/Divx/Divx Codec/ and select "decoder configuration utility". On the first tab in the panel you should see an option to use the advanced hardware overlay, unselect the option and close out. You should be good to go. Any questions e-mail me.
